The rooms were reasonably large and extraordinary, loved it. The services were excellent, offered us strong free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a great location close to Island Park, the Gingko gardens, and Central Michigan University. Furthermore, it's in a quiet area.

We had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. The food was excellent, prepared by a highly experienced chef, and the presentation and taste of all dishes were a culinary delight. The owners were very attentive and added delightful historical information about the inn. The rooms were beautifully done, antique and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was close to downtown and river walk parks, as well as near Central Michigan University. The hotel was also involved in the restoration of the homes and grounds. The breakfast was delicious, with a two-course meal including quiche, lemon coffee cake, fresh fruit, crepes, bacon. it was a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the not so charming new owners who seemed more interested in their food truck and events.

the ginkgo tree exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in mount pleasant. the owner, Jean, was incredibly welcoming and even offered us a libation upon arrival. our room in the french quarters was gorgeous, clean, and pet-friendly. Jean also graciously allowed us to tour the breathtaking victorian main house.
Breakfast buffet didn't stay hot long.
